I have 2007 Ford Expedition, I had replaced both catalytic converters twice. And it sounds like it's going out again. I'm burning gas twice as fast. Highway I'm getting 12 mpg.

Replacing your catalytic converter will not resolve your excess fuel consumption problem. Cats only assist in emissions, and excess fuel that gets to them, breaks them down. Therefore, you need to find out your fuel problem to no longer replace the cat.
Could have leaking fuel injectors, or bad valves which do not allow for a better and complete combustion. Bad sensors could also cause problems.
Start out by performing a complete and proper tune up. Then check to see if you have any codes in your ECM.

What is the solution to excessive fuel consumption of my 1999 Toyota Corolla

A serviced and correctly timed engine should return decent fuel consumption if driven properly regardless of age. Obviously that return depends on certain conditions. A gentle right foot avoiding harsh acceleration and braking always helps as does where you are driving, busy stop start town traffic and frequent short journeys will reduce efficiency.
So, things to check:
  • Oil and filter change
  • Air filter
  • Tyres at correct pressure
  • Spark plugs, leads, coils condition
  • Fuel leaks
You will never get near the advertised consumption figures as these are recorded under ideal test conditions and I have never encountered them whilst I am driving, but you should be within 10-20% of that figure if driven conservatively.

My 1999 Ford expedition runs when I pour gas into fuel injection but dies after

This sounds like a bad fuel pump , this is very common. you will need to drop gas tank to install new pump.

My 1999 eddie bauer ford expedition 5.4 dies out @ stoplights changed fuel filter?

There could be many reasons for it stalling out at lights. The first things I would check is the battery and alternator. The auto parts stores will check both for free.

I need to know what fuse that powers the fuel pump in my 1999 ford expedition it has a 5.4 va 4 wheel drive

OK, there are fuses on the driver's side down below.

But, if you are having a fuel pump problem, it's likely that the fuse is alright and you need to replace the fuel pump. Same thing happened to our 1999 Ford Expedition Eddie Bauer Edition. It quit working. And the inertia fuel cutoff switch didn't help, either (flipping or pushing it).

So, if you have no fuel coming, it may very well be the fuel pump.

We changed ours around 112000mi.

198 ford expedition problem ,can be driving and all of a sudden fuel shuts of and car slows down but dosn't completely quit

Fuel pump could be going out or fuel filter is dirty, keeping gas from passing through fast enough to make it up to the fuel rail/engine.

High/rough idle on Ford Expedition

i will check idle speed sensor, most likely this is the problem, and the fuel consumption problem can be related to O2 sensor which makes the car idle very badly, so i suggest you check both
thank you
good luck
