Aluminium. As far as I know the only part of the outer bodywork that is not aluminium is the hood and the foremost roof pillars which are brushed steel.

Where is the internal control module on my 2001 ford f-350 super duty diesel 7.3

Inside the wheel wheel. Like I said earlier, almost directly behind the FX50 emblem on the upper part of the fender. It's behind the outer sheet metal, but outside the body sheet metal. Only way to reach it is to pull the rear of the fender liner loose. Look up inside the fender toward the rear and you'll see the connector looking back down at you

How to install splash guards on 2011 ford ranger

Unfortunately, your vehicle may not really appreciate your efforts!
The splash guards are normally installed on the folded edge of the fender well.
Depending on the material your fenders are made of, they may tear off very quickly. :-(
To reinforce the screws, small metal washers may help.
You have not indicated whether these guards will be on the front or rear fenders, or whether you are using the super heavy duty ones that fit only the rear, and hang under the back of the vehicle.
God bless your efforts.

2001ford escape burning rubber smell and noise

Check the rear upper strut towers. These are notorious for rusting out, and causing the tire to hit the inner fender well. To my knowledge, no recall on this, but I've fixed a few with a rear quarter panel replacement from rock auto. You wouldn't notice it much on the rear of the vehicle. Smell the rear fender wells for burnt rubber odor.

Does the fender flare just sanp on? we bought a replacement for our 1999 jeep cherokee classic and it didnt come with brackets of anykind

The actually fender flare just snaps onto a metal plate that is mounted where the fender flare goes. This metal plate is usually connected to the quarter panel with rivets.

How to pull out a car rear fender

If you mean "remove a rear fender" ... you can't. The rear fenders are part of the unibody construction. They are part of the "main" body.
You have to "cut" the fender off.

If you mean "pull out a big dent" in a rear fender, then use a "knocker" and a set of special double-head hammers and dollies. ... and putty ... and sandpaper ... and primer ...

Sorry ... hope this helps!

Hit on right rear at wheel well, wheel pushed in at top what could be the problem?????thanksComment posted on May 11, 2200+9-

I don't understand your question fully (Hit?). If you were involved and a collision and your tire rubs on the fender, get the fender fixed ASAP! Tires can get peeled like a banana if they come into contact with any sharp piece of metal, and if its rubbing on the inner fender, then friction heat caused by this can cause the tire become weak in that area and subsequently blow out.... If that is not the problem, or case then her are more causes for tires rubbing...

Tires "Out of Alignment", non-factory rims and/or tires, wrong size, width, rim "off-set" etc., suspension coil springs and. or shocks (car sitting lower than usual), twisted chassis due to accident or other impacts

jack up the rear wheel and spin the rear wheel to find out what the rub is. look to see if there is any rubbing marks on or in the fender well.( do not have on the emergency brake) Also if the noise could be metalic then it could be the brake drum rubbing on the backing plate.
