White smoke means that you have a coolant leak. Two possible causes for that - either the head gasket is punctured and must be replaced or the head itself is damaged and must be welded by an expert.
Either way the engine must be dismantled to make a full diagnose and repair.

Isuzu 3000/Diesel/Turbo/Wizard, I can see a bit of Oil coming from Intake/ThroughBody direct to the Turbo & there also a White Smoke from the exhaust + Misfiring and the car is not pooling as uses to be......

Turbo shaft oil seal is probably leaking a little bit, though not ideal it isn't unusual and not particularly detrimental (mostly).

The white smoke indicates either a water or coolant ingress into the combustion chamber or an excess fuel condition. A small fuel excess usually results in a increasingly dark smoke, grey to sooty black and sometimes an increased diesel knock but large amounts of excess fuel results in white smoke which is unburned fuel.
This is often the result when the fuel injectors are sticking, dribbling, leaking and misfiring could also be a further symptom. Bad starting could be caused by several things needing attention but poor injector performance can be a major factor.

I suggest you have the injectors removed and tested.

My isuzu kb250d 4ja1 turbocharged engine losses up

Run a compression check to see if it's worn rings or valves leaking. Smoke that goes away in the morning can be caused by both.

Emit black smoke lost power in steep road 3.1 diesel automatic

Sounds like the engine is unwell.

Black smoke suggests that engine oil is getting into the combustion chambers.

This could be the head gasket has blown a hole, or that the piston (liners) are worn which would probably mean a new engine (rather than a rebore, which I doubt people do much these days).

Isuzu Troopers were underpowered, I read on the wikipedia page, so I guess that the engines may tend to wear out.

If it is the head gasket, then it could be repaired fairly cheaply. A mechanic would be able to tell the difference from the noise that the engine makes. I can't say I have ever heard an engine with worn pistols but someone told me one can hear them "slap"
http://www.pistonslap.com/whatisit.htm

If you are really lucky then it might be a hole in the exhaust before the silencer, which could also affect the power but I am not sure why there'd be black smoke. If it were an exhaust problem then there would be a loud noise from the exhaust too.

Car smoke white when idle and nothing when driving

Engine also smokes when car driving if turbocharger still faulty. Did you change the engine timing belt (the timing belt kit) meantime? What about engine oil consumption? When engine glow plugs (one or more) burnt then engine exhausts white smoke at idling. Also white smoke at engine idling when water is still present in diesel fuel.

White smoke exhaust

White smoke is caused by coolant or water coming out the tail pipe. There is a chance that the white smoke was caused by water splashing up from a puddle onto the exhaust pipe. Keep an eye on the coolant level in the radiator in any event. If its less then there leak coolant leak in the car engine which is causing this problem....
