Can you replace rear metal fuel line with a rubber fuel line on a 1995 buick centry v6

I had a Chev Corsica with V6. The fuel lines that ran straight fore and aft to/from fuel tank were metal. But where comes out of tank it was rubber. I'm assuming you've developed a pinhole leak in one of the metal fuel lines. I would suggest putting a "sleeve" of neoprene fuel line over the leak and clamp in place. This requires cutting the neoprene hose lengthwise so that you can slip it over the bad spot. Jut keep in mind that these fuel lines are under a bit of pressure.

1995 Buick century special. it acts like its flooding out while running. what's wrong

By the gas tank there is a type of vapor line, on which there is a rubber elbow in between the two lines. One end is smaller than the other. If that rubber piece is not airtight the engine will stall out, I hope that helps.

I think i need to change the thermastat on my car, where do i find this and how do i do it myself?

locate the top hose on the radiator. follow it to where it connects to the engine. youll see that its connected to a metal, dome looking housing. remove the 2 bolts that are holding this housing in place. the thermostat is under it. just pull the thermostat out and remove the old gasket. put in new thermostat and new gasket. then reassemble..thanks

On the bottom outside of my windows there a trim that has rotted and exposed metal, buick century 1998. What is it called , how do I remove the old trim and put in the new trim?

If this is the rubber piece that wipes the window when you roll it up and down, your best bet is to just take it to any automotive glass shop and have it replaced. It dosn't cost that much compared to replacing the glass if you brake it.

Changing an ignition cylinder on a 1995 buick century

There is a special spring compressor used to compress the lock plate spring underneath it, then you will be able to remove the snap ring holding the lock plate down, and lock plate spring. You will then need to remove the blinker multi function switch. You will then have access to the bolt holding in the ignition cylinder. There are 2 wires attached to it that run down the inside of the steering column that will need to be unplugged at the base, and new wires threaded down through the steering column when installing the new ignition lock cylinder.
