Question about 1999 Chevrolet Silverado 1500
Don't know if you have access to a scanner or not but what can be looked at is the manual lever position sensor where the linkage goes in theside of the trans numbers should stay steady in every gear if not it's going bad . if no scanner you could take the gamble and try a new sensor there about 60.00 hope this helps.
