Engine Oil not the trans right?
Should be 4.5 qts Capacity
The manual calls for 5w-30 but you can use 10w-30 if you have high miles and issues with oil leaking. Of course once you fill it, check your oil dipstick to make sure you have enough.

What kind of oil is used in a 5 speed manual trans ?

Hello.
Manual transmission fluid is not interchangeable between all cars and trucks. I would recommend you call NAPA and have them look in there computer what your car requires, and they can give you the correct amount and oil right there in the store. You can do this at other places such as carquest, capital auto, pep boys and other car part stores similar to them. Hope this helps!
