Question about Chevrolet Monte Carlo
There is a internal problem in the instrument cluster.in some cases its due to loose wiring.remove the cluster and check the wiring.if all wiring checked properly hooked up ,looks very clean and no short or burn marks then its a cluster problem.its internal circuit is failed.there is a IC in the instrument cluster circuit.In some cases this ic fails in some cases the instrument cluster circuit fails.Get it repaired from professional stores dealing in instrument cluster repairs.You can also get repaired from dealer but they charge very high for this and non dealers the local professionals charged bit reasonable.
