SOURCE: Where do I find the

That is for a Cadillac unit silly... Chevy cavaliers have no petcocks you have to loosen the lower water hose to flush out your system, a tip to backyard mechanics, be sure to burp your system after you flush it, you can get a air pocket within the system causing you to have no heat.
after you flush the system, replace the hose, and fill the engine, run the car until the car starts to get warm, turn the heater on, loosen the lower hose again, let most of the water come out until it is coming out nice and fast, be careful very hot. use caution use a rug when redoing the hose.
Be this time you car should have great heat, now stop the engine, let it cool down, the open the top cap of the radiator, and refill with 50/50 antifreeze to the cars specs.

My 97 Chevy Camaro, Is overheating, The Thermostat has been replaced and the radiator has been checked out. I checked the oil and the dip stick came white. Is this a simptom of the Water pump.

white residue on the dipstick is evidence of coolant entering the crankcase from a fault in the 'water jacket'[ or coolant channels within the motor ] most likely suspect would be a head gasket,
