CHRYSLER PRODUCTS ARE KNOWN FOR HAVING LEAKY EVAPORATOR CORES. BUT THE BEST WAY TO CHECK IS TO PUT DYE IN THE SYSTEM AND RUN THE SYSTEM TO CHECK FOR LEAKS. ALSO A GOOD A/C TECH WILL HAVE A REFRIGERANT SNIFFER FOR SMALL LEAKS. ALL IN ALL IF ITS NOT FOUND IN THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT ITS PROBABLY THE EVAPORATOR.

WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE AIR CONDITIONER IF THE 2 RIGHT VENTS BLOW COLD AIR BUT THE LEFT VENTS BLOW THE CIRCULATED VENT AIR (WARM)

By my experience you have a low charge, it sounds nuts, but for some reason it will blow warm on pass side and cool on driver side with low charge.
If the charge is correct, than you have a actuator issue.
It will have to be looked at for proper diagnosis.
I would start with a a/c performance test.

Air conditioner in 1997 Buick Lesabre is not blowing cold air. How much would it cost to fix this?

I would say that you have lost some of the charge in the system. A shop will probably charge a diagnostic fee to determine what the problem is. Depending on where you live $60-$90 dollars to diagnose the problem. After that is hourly shop rate to repair the system to cool.
