Is it possible that it's the A/C Condenser water dripping?

That is the only clear fluid I can think of in the min i.

rub some between your fingers and smell it... post your findings here and I can tell you more.. what does it feel like? Slippery, gritty etc.
What does it smell like? Sweet, oily etc.

I hope it's water... thats normal.

How can i install another automatic transmision fluid cooler to a 2006 mini cooper s

air transmission oil coolers lower oil temp by over 60%( more it the ambient temp is low) so yes they are the way to go
what is suggested is that you go to an accredited transmission specialist shop and get a kit made for mini cars and see how to fit it properly
They are not cheap( up to $500.00 aud ) but will ,save in transmission costs over time

Where do you put the steering fluid in for a 2006 mini cooper? There's nothing in the owners manual about steering fluid.

Every answer here is wrong. Your Mini Cooper has electric power steering. No service required. That is why it does not list fluid type in your owner's manual.

Where do I put the power steering fluid on a 2003 mini cooper?

No fluids are consumed on any vehicle

So why would you be adding, unless you have
a leak to repair

Have a repair shop educate you

What is the difference between a r50 and r53 mini

R50 is the designation that BMW use for the hardtop (i.e. not the convertible) hatchback version of the Mini One and Mini Cooper produced from 2001-2006, and including the special edition versions called 'Mini Seven' and 'Park Lane', and also the Mini One D (the diesel version) from 2004-2006.
R53 is the designation used for the Mini Cooper S (a supercharged version with 170 bhp) from 2002-2006, and also the special edition versions which were called the 'MC40' (2004), 'Cooper S works' (2005 on), the 'Mini GP' (2006) and the 'Cooper S checkmate' (2006)

Where do you add power stering fluid?

The power steering reservoir looks to be right next to a clear fluid reservoir, most likely for coolant but could be windshield washer fluid. Its a small black reservoir. It takes Pentosin chf 11s hydraulic fluid.

Mini cooper s 2006

You probabily have an exhaust leak. Either that, or it is just fumes being ignited within your exhaust pipes. Some popping is normal, expecially if you have a custom exhaust.
Your dealership should be able to tell you what's wrong
