Question about 1995 Mitsubishi Mirage
Many times the thermostat is victim of this condition they should be changed every 50,000 miles also the water pump which is a bit expensive, be sure the electric fans are working as this is the most common of all problems on modern cars and overheating in todays world, either the fan relay go bad or the fan motors go bad, check by putting your blower on full blow with a/c on max and see if they work then watch its action without full blow, should cycle every 10 or so minutes and stay on for a set time to cool the system down if it doesnt you can apply a jumper from battery + to the connector on the fans power side to see if it works if it does replace the fan sensor if it doesnt replace the fan motor.
