Nikki is the engine light on, are there any codes, have you had a tune up or any other work done lately.when you say it won't start when warm(do you mean engine will not turn over, or does engine turn and refuses to fire.
If I had to guess failing fuel pump, they tend not to build fuel pressure when ran a while(warmed up) and when left to cool build somewhat better pressure.

If vehicle is Automatic check the Neuteral position on gear selector . Rock selector (slightly) but be carefull ! No crank can be Starter or dud connection . This is a simple circuit ie battery> key sw > neuteral sw > (sometimes aux solenoid) > starter solenoid/motor.
It's a dodge they all do that when they get older Try to remove the motor and spray wd 40 on the fan motor bearings sometimes you can do this and it will fix it temporally, if it fixes it star looking for a new motor or go to Neely bearing if your in the U.S. and buy new bearings and replace them.

The motor is located just under the glove box on the passenger side. I remove the glove box then the panel below the glove box. I also go ahead and pull back the carpet and the padding under the motor. It is held in place by 3-4 bolts that take a 7-8 millimeter socket. I use a swivel extension for the back bolts. The motor with the fan blade attached is a tight fit, just keep wiggling and pulling it should come out. Try to remove the old moter without cracking the fan blade, because sometimes the replacement motor doesn't come with a blade
