My clutch pedal stay close to the floor in my Acura CL. Doesnt return fully like it used too. Cant figure it out and I've replaced everythin

Bobbie, If your sure the system is bled properly, did you get the clutch fork back in correct position, was it the correct bearing etc., you may have to adjust the clutch pedal and / or if it has a mechanical return spring, change the spring, it could be weak.
Check the attached links, instruction and guides for clutch pedal adjustment., bleeding, etc.Good luck

How do u adjust clutch pedal

You adjust the pedal height by turning the clutch master cylinder pushrod which is attached to the clutch pedal under the dash. Loosen the locknut and turn the rod to raise or lower the clutch pedal. Don't forget to tighten the locknut when done

Clutch

Stop driving the car now! The clutch master cylinder has an adjustable pushrod, it is set up too long now. Take it back to where it was done and tell them if they don't know how to set up clutch free play, they shouldn't have attempted the job. This may have cost you a $3500. clutch job. Get it adjusted fast.

On solution #1 dec 2008 I would like to know where i could get the adjustable clutch master rod between the master cylinder and the clutch pedal. He mentioned it could be purchased on line but did not say...

After reading this I have to ask if parts are origional why do they not work properly. My first suggestion is that bleading not done effectively. If air is present in line, slave cylender etc. then it would not have travel needed or master cylinder is frozen at point short of origional return or is wrong one. There shouldn't be a reason to have to purchase rod with upgrade unless specified by manufacturer and if so then they should have supplied it. Inspect each part and compare with old ones if possible, if master is origional then make sure that it returns fully to give travel to pedal. when bleading system fill slave cylinder as much as possible disconnected from line and blead many times.

Clutch slipping when it get hot

Check the adjustment of the clutch push rod. It is the rod that connects the clutch pedal to the clutch master cylinder.
