Question about 1996 Oldsmobile Cutlass Ciera
If the car is going to be parked set the e-brake before you turn the key on you will then have manual control over the lights until you release the e-brake then the daytime running light feature takes over. There is a sensor on the e-brake pedal assembly if you wire that so the car thinks the e-brake is set you will always have manual control over the lights. Hope this helps you out.
