Where is the fuel pressure regulator located?

Quick thought may be a coolant temp sensor not reading correctly for the computer it wont throw a code and will make it hard to start usually bout 25 bucks or less but kinda works like the choke for this app.

i would check your ignition system. you would need a meter for this but look for broke or loose connections. if it was a fuel problem i dont think it would just start up after 20 minutes. or you might try your ignition switch. if its shorting or something then ya well it would cut your engine off real quick

Yes it sounds like a security system problem. Does the new column have pass key? You are leaving the key on until the security light stops flashing? The light is flashing for 10 minutes?
