moonroof relay and 30 amp fuse should be under the hood in the power distribution box.owners manual also can help you locate all fuses and relays location.
the module that you described at the end of where the fan plugs into has probably went bad. when it dies it closes the contacts in the module and power is on all the time. good luck
This is usually a bad splice in the driver's side door sill to the VSM ( Vehicle Security Module ) behind the rear seat. The splice for the std cab is closer to the a-pillar and the SuperCab / SuperCrew the splice is closer to the c-pillar
The Std Cab splice location ( Blue w/ White stripe wire )
SuperCab / SuperCrew splice ( purple wire - very close to where the wires run up the c-pillar )
As you can see there are a lot of wires in the door sill, it will take some time to locate the splice. The splice is 1 wire from 1 direction to 2 wires the other direction, and covered in something that looks & feels like hockey stick tape.
That may be the problem, you would have to do one thing to make sure and that spray starting fluid into the throtle and if it starts for a few seconds then i would say its the fuelpump module, a fuelpump module is a unit with the fuelpump and preasure sensor and sending unit as one i will show you a picture, this unit is located inside the gas tank the tank will need to be dropped in orderto install the pump module, in goes in on top of the tank after tank is removed,
Is the door ajar light in the cluster illuminated ?
Could be the door ajar switch ( part of the door latch ) is gummed up, and needs to be WD-40 sprayed into it, and close open the doors a few times, and repeat.
The autolock uses the same input, to know to lock the doors when you press the brake pedal while moving.
sounds like you have a problem with the gem module, (generic electronics module). This is a common problem with most ford trucks and suv's. you can find it behind the knee bolster on the drivers side under the dash.... hope this info helps.
