in addition to the check engine light, it has the abs and srs lights on at all times. checked codes jumping the two wire connector behind the glove box, after flashing continuous light for 9 times for 3 cycles, it flashed 12 three times, afterwards , it seems like 21. Makes any sense, let me know.

    Thanks for your response!!

That information could be useful. However, the main thing would be the error codes once you scan the car. You can take your car to autozone and get it scanned.

Revert with codes and i would be glad to tell you the procedure to fix it.

The oil lights stays on in my 1994 honda accord ex

This is a matter that you should pay immediate attention to.
The oil light can indicate low oil level in your engine, or low oil pressure. Both can be fatal to your engine.

Check your oil level first.
Look for evidence of leaking oil (possinility a loose oil filter)
The oil pressure sending unit or connections could also be causing the problem

94 Honda Accord EX 2.2 YECH replaced head, now no fuel pump or fire to plugs. Pump works manually. distributor passes all test form manual . Replaced main relay and still have no power on blk/yel input...

Did you paint the spark-plugs? Not Good!
Run wire from negative to engine or from engine to the body.
You may have placed the timing onto the Exhaust stroke rather than the compression stroke if you moved the engine or you didn't have the timing set properly during assembly - perhaps to the wrong notch on the cam-shaft.
Always spin engine by hand several times with spark-plugs removed to ensure that nothing binds.
If you removed the oil pump = you may have to prime it as there may be a low oil-pressure cut-off!
Crank-shaft sensor is one other possibility?
Bad Cam-sensor will only make it harder on fuel.
Best I can do for now.
Good luck.

1994 Honda Accord EX - will not start.

Possible timing belt, remove distributor cap and crank engine, if distributor rotor don't turn bad timing belt.

Determining if head gasket is blown on a 1994 honda accord Ex w VTec

White smoke out of the exhaust is one indication that the head gasket is blown. Another is to start the car and check the oil on the dipstick. If it's frothy or looks like a milkshake, this is another indication of a blown head gasket. The milky appearance indicates that coolant is in your engine, caused by a bad head gasket. If none of these symptoms occur, then the problem lies elsewhere. Hope this answers your question and feel free to post back with any other concerns or questions. Thank you.

92 honda civic ex starts but won't stay running - replaced relay

well not completely sure but would suggest first giving it a shot of ether in the airbox to see if starts better. to rule out a fuel issue. then ck into distributor. have you ck'd it for spark? is it weak? is it possible the timing belt jumped time?
