99 maxima v6 3000. Runs great once running. Lots of power and pep. The problem is getting it started. Even with a charger hooked to the battery when cranking the engine over it jerks and skips like it...

I would say either a worn out distributor, or stretched timing belt will cause those issues. Once running the computer compensates for the timing slop.

ABS/Parking Brake?Service Engine Lights are on But Runs Great

Does ABS work properly? Get on dirt road and try to lock brakes (do this carefully insuring no police car tailgating, lol) Could be bad wheel speed sensor. Check codes with scan tool capable of reading ABS and trans codes.

Engine light atays on car run normal

as the operator guide tells you
its running bad, and may not be felt.
my car running great (but bad) gets 10mpg.
as you may not know, engine running rich have more power.
but waste fuel and burn up expensive CAT's
how it feels means zero, if good.
see why?
The purpose of the engine is to burn all the fuel and not waste it.
when that happens you get max MPG, and great power and engine last longer and earth stays green./

3.0 6 cylinder engine. on run shot down electric power

please state that again.
eg:
i start car, it starts ok
i run car it runs great.
it does something odd, running? , are you moving car, or coasting to a stop or what? , parked, or in gear, or neutral and what transmission in car, A/T or manaul, (auto /stick)?
and what happens, the engine stalls, is that it>?
and electric power, is that a guess, or a statement of fact,
eg: i see my gauges, and all lights go dead? be clear.

1987 Dodge Dakota 3.9 engine, Holley 2 barrel. Having running issues. Bought the truck cheap cause it wouldn't run. Cleaned the carburetor and installed a rebuild kit. Starts right up and idles great....

Yes, the floats may be causing the fuel level in the carb. to be too high. The black plugs indicate running too rich. Clean the plugs and check the fuel level.
