Question about 1994 Cadillac Seville
Just helped a person with the same problem.
You have to start by removing the positive post off your battery.
Then look carefully at your Steering Column. there should be 4 or 6 screws to remove it. Once removed, you should have access to your ignition. GM will sell you one with a new key
