Firing Order1-2-3-4-5-6.
NOTE: This engine is a six-cylinder engine. The cylinder numbers are assigned as 1-3-5 for the right bank and 2-4-6 for the left bank from the front of the engine (timing belt side). This engine is fired in the order of 1-2-3-4-5-6 cylinders.

Could you please tell me the firing order for a mitsubishi pajero 3ltr v6

There are 2 3.0L engines used in 1989. One has a flat distributor cap with the plug towers coming out sideways and the other has a conventional cap with the plug towers protruding vertically. Both have a firing order of 1-2-3-4-5-6 (Gee, that's hard one to remember!... LOL ;) ) The ditributor cap should have the cylinder numbers cast into it at each plug tower - most Mitsubishi caps do. The cylinders are numbered 1-3-5 on the right bank and 2-4-6 on the left bank.
