Question about 2003 Ford Crown Victoria
The LCM is mounted in the same location in all 1995 and later Crown Vics. It is under the dash, above the gas pedal in between the climate controls and steering column. If you have trouble finding it just turn on the hazard lights and listen to where the source of the clicking sound is coming from. You can also place your keys in the ignition and open the driver's door. and listen to where the warning buzzer sound is coming from. Here is a photo of one with the cover removed.
