The Pitcock is located on the bottom of the radiator, it may turn by hand but usually it require a set of pliers. Be careful, some of these are left threaded and need to be turn clockwise to open.

Where is the drain plug for the radiator

Should be a drain **** at the bottom of the radiator that unscrews out. It looks like a wing nut has been welded to a bolt on the end of it. Another way to do this is just pull off the bottom hose.

Where is Radiator Drain plug?

True: Bottom Left of Radiator = Drivers' Side.
Most easily accessed and worked-on from below the Van, however you can access it from above.
It is a 1/4 to 1/3 turn to Open/close draincock. Counterclockwise to Open. Clockwise to Close. Be careful not to "over" turn as this will crack - made of plastic.

Can't find drain plug

The Drain Plug to the Radiator is located on the left (driver's side) bottom of the Radiator. It is easiest to access from underneath the Van, with the Front end jacked-up and properly supported on jack stands. It only corkscrews (turns) counterclockwise 1/4 to 1/3 turn to open. Over turning willl break the plastic Draincock (that's what its' official name is)
The Oil Drain Plug is located on the back of the Oil Pan.
There is no Transmission Fluid Drain Plug.

2001 chrysler voyager speedometer needle stuck on bottom side of stop pin.

I have had this problem

put key in ignition (do not turn on) and press the trip button for about 30 seconds.

This should reset your speedometer

If one hits the trip button with the engine off it goes into a diagnostic mode and the speedometer pegs out. This basically lets it finish the diagnostics.

Dealer will charge you $800 for a 3 minute job.

I used this solution from Edmunds forums but cannot find the links anymore.

I have had two others reset theirs for the same problem.

From under vehicle, follow exhaust down from engine, eventually you'll see a piece about 3-4" long sticking out side of the exhaust with wire(s) going to it.
