Where is the air conditioning expansion valve location on 2000 volkswagen beetle turbo?

The expansion valve:--On the passenger side of the vehicle, under the hood, look at the firewall. you will see 2 silver lines going into the firewall. There is a black plastic cover that is ****-shelled over the Expansion Valve. Remove the cover ( unsnaps). Now you will see there is ONE 5mm allen bolt that holds the 2 lines into the front of the valve. remove the bolt. pull the lines away. Now there are 2 more smaller allen bolts. These are 4mm. remove these 2 bolts and pull the valve away from the Evaporator. vw uses coil on plugs so each plug has a coil under engine cover on top of valve cover check fuses first for your other problem

Oil pressure light comes on when I put the car in motion (at about 2000 rpms)


all turbo engines have a oil line to the turbo. If it is not getting oil the turbo will burn up and have to be replaced. Change your oil and filter to start with.
