Question about 1994 Oldsmobile Cutlass Ciera
First you disconnect the battery , chock the wheels , jack the car up use jack stands , disconnect lines and filler hose and electrical plug sometimes you have to lower tank slowly to get enough room to disconnect lines from top of tank then lower it slowly to the ground make sure you bench test the new pump before you install it sometimes you get a bad one that is stuck its better to find out before you install it hope this helps
