take it to an accredited service center and leave over night so that the problem can be diagnosed on first start up on a cold engine

87 celica sitting for 10 yrs, will not start

You need to drain all old fuel out of the fuel tank, the fill with fresh fuel, clean or change filters (air and fuel)
and if possible blow fuel lines through with compressed air. Check the plugs are clean and gapped correctly, check the engine oil is ok.
Then use some easy start in the air filter to get it to fire up, after 10 yrs it will be difficult to start, but should be alright after a few runs.
I hope this helps
