Question about 1989 Chevrolet Camaro
When I try to start my 89 camaro 305 the throttle body doe`snt want to release any fuel. I have to spray fuel directly into the tb to get it started. Sometimes this will work sometimes it wont. Once started it does run but very rough. I cant just press the gas easily when taking off or it quits. I have to always kind of gun it just to keep it going, but at higher speeds theres no problem I spend more time stuck some where once its turned off, it can take me up to a hour just for it to start but never starts without me spraying the gas in it with a spray bottle.
Your fuel filter might be clogged. take it off and see if you can blow thru it.....if theres any resistance, you need a new one. it should be easy to blow thru . yes USE your mouth , and yes it taste bad. but thats how ya fix it
