Last one i messed with that had the same problem had a bad brake switch up by the brake pedal, and one of the twist in connectors on the brake light was bad that holds the bulb in.

No brake lights, blubs and fuses ok. center brake light DOES work

Usually when the third brake light works but the regular lights don't the problem is in the turn signal switch.
I would check for voltage there.

`replaced the brake switch 1990 wrangler sahara 4.2 bulbs fine fuse fine any help answers so the cops stop pulling me over thanks dan nalezyty

Since you seem to have done all the easy stuff, next step would be to check the wiring harness for continuity between the brake light switch and the brake light sockets. I had an old bronco II, Ford was nice enough to run the wiring harness on the bottom of the floor pan exposing it to the elements so the wires slowly corroded away causing lack of tail lights, brake lights, back up lights, etc. The brake light switch is putting either 12V or a ground on one side of the bulb, should be easy to check with the bulb out and an extension wire on your ohmmeter.

My 2000 jeep brake lights don't work but the rest do all bulbs are good

check the brake light fuse with a test light on both sides of the fuse,if it is good use the test light to check for power at brake light switch, then push on pedal while using test light to see if power is going out of stop light switch in the other wire,

I would check the wiring next, it seems there may be something not connected or loose.

Rear Brake Lights not working, 3rd light is working

check the fuse for the stoplights. Even though the 3rd one is working it should be on a different fuse. With both of them not working even after you changed the bulb it would seem to lead to a fuse.
