Well, I can tell you that white smoke is usually a sign of water being burned in the cylinders and a blueish color smoke is usually a sign of oil being burned. I would drain gas, replace fuel filter, and do an oil/filter change as well but replacing the injectors probably won't do much for you. I would make that one of the last things to do. You may also want to add an additive to help "dry" the fuel system as well.

You can pull that panel off. Remove your wiper arms and then unscrew 6 or so screws partially hidden by the rubber strip that seals the hood to the cowl. Now remove the cowl panel. You'll see a drain, it's either blocked or the rubber drain tube is cracked or missing. Clean it all out replace the drain tube, lubericate your wiper mechanism and reassemble

Remove the bolts from the brackets. There is probably about 4 of them. Don't drop it on yourself ;)

1. Raise and support the vehicle.

Its easy look at the bottom of the bumper has retainers and the fenders have a bolt on each side then just slide off

yes they are interchangible except the front spoiler is different, but everything else is the same. (the front lower spoiler on the 93 has built in fog lamps)
Pretty easy repair and I could only hope his car is the same color....
