Sounds like you have an anti theft system issue. I suggest that you go to the nearest dealership and have your car diagnosed by computer diagnostics. That way the issue will be pointed out right away, no more inaccurate diagnostics from us because we can't personally check and see whats going on. There are too many factors in your vehicle's electrical system that may be affecting the anti theft system.
Bottom line: Computer diagnostics will isolate the problem 100%. I bet my 10 years of car electrical system experience on that...
