Question about 2003 Ford F150 Regular Cab
Cold solder joints on the cluster PC board are generally the cause of this. F150online.com -> electrical Forum has a sticky at the top of the forum with a how to on removing the cluster and repairing the cold solder joints. It is not hard if you are good with a soldering iron, just a little time consuming to complete.
