Question about 2000 Dodge Caravan
Hi, not all of the Caravan models have cabin air filters, a category into which the 2000 3.3 v6 seems to fall according to Popular Mechanics.
A list of what years do have filters may be found here:
The filter is located in a vertical position under the passenger dash near the center console. Access it by locate the tabs to remove the cover and then pull the filter down and out. Make sure to note the direction it folds at halfway (toward the door) and the airflow arrows (toward the center console). It's a tight fit with the floorboard, but the filter is flexible. Put the new filter in facing the same direction as the old one. Directions (with pictures) are generally provided inside the box of the new filter; they may also be downloaded as a pdf from this site: http://www.micronair.us/assets/pdfs/21.pdf
