I'm surprised you didn't get an error code, mainly on the spark plug wires. I would try those, they can cause a bunch of trouble, including rough idle, rich burning, everytime my Grand Marquis acted up, it was the spark plug wires. Of course it was also the only thing not covered in the warranty. Check it out.

1998 mustang cobra runs good cold but as soon as it hits running temp it runs a little rough with loss of power

Check your fuel pressure and your fuel filter . Also check your pids.
which the most important one is your short term fuel trim while it's running ,it will be either rich or lean . I know it sounds silly but when the numbers are positive it's lean and when there negative it's running rich.

1999 ford escort 1300cc manual.. cloggs, jumps, backfires

All of these problems point to a fuel delivery problem.
The fact that a fuel treatment helped, leads me to believe its a dirty fuel system. Also, the cold start problem is an enrichment problem, as there has to be a richer mixture to fire when its cold than hot.
First thing to check is the fuel filter that may be located in the fuel tank.

1980 ford f250 runs rough in very cold weather

a ford Camry, is this an engine swap?
a tune up? ever done ? last decade?
is the choke set right. (too rich, misfire, too lean bog, cold)
is the fuel fresh?
if compression is good
and spark hot.
then its a bad carb.

Driving on freeway, engine made rattling noise and wouldn't excellerate any longer. Smells like it got hot, but temp gauge didn't register that it was overheated. Coolent reservoir is dry. Don't know if...

If the coolant reservior is dry you need to open up the radiator cap when the car cools down and see if there is coolant in there. If it is empty, turn on car first and then fill up with a 50/50 mix of coolant and water. Once it is full and you see the coolant circulating put the cap back on and add the mix to the reservior to the cold mark.

Did you check to see if your car has oil in it too?

My 2001 Ford Expedition is guzzling gas like no other. I have had a tune up, new tires and oil change. But I am still getting about 12 miles per gallon is there anything that I can do to get more MPG?

I have a 99 explorer with V8 that runs great! and I get
a whopping 13mpg. But it has high miles. So I was
going to change the catalytic converters as they may
have started to plug up. And any exaust restriction
will drop your mpg, even a bent tailpipe will cause a
drop. There are other possible reasons for this, such as the o2 sensor sending a signal to the pcm calling
for a more fuel rich, air fuel mix than neccesary. Or
the temp sensor failing to signal that the engine is
at operating temp, and stays to some degree in cold
start mode. But either of these conditions would be
noticed through dtc codes- a smell or engine performence. I hope I was of some help.
Good luck.

Stalls when you let clutch out not opperator error, erratic idel have changed tps,egr sensior, idel air controll sensior,no vaccume leaks, good power once rolling, will surge on highway, replaced fuel filter.

How about replacing plugs, wires, distributor cap. one way i check to see if my wires are bad is to turn on the car/truck at night(no lights) and check the wires to see if they're arching to the engine block. if they are, time to replace. other than that try replacing intake manifold gasket.

Rough Idle, Running rich.

Sounds like your automatic choke is giving you problems. Check to make sure the choke is operating correctly. If it ins not backing off as the engine gets to operating temp it will cause a rich condition and excessive black smoke out the tailpipe and extremely poor fuel mileage.
