Most manufactures recommend changing Timing Belts @ 100k Kilometers. For low milage vehicles, 7 years is usually the limit. It would be wise to change it soon so that you don't suffer expensive repairs if it does break.

Last time serviced? Fuel filter changed? Sounds like a fuel
delivery problem. High or low pressure from fuel pump. So could be fuel pump, or more problems from the fuel pump relay. There may be a fuel pressure regulator that is not working right. Otherwise some problem with timing. Last timing belt change? Check Owner's manual and service records.

I need to know at what millage I should change the timing belt of my 2006 toyota Solara and also when to change the timing belt of a 1999 ford explorer sport.

Personally, I wouldn't go much past 80000 miles before changing timing belts. Some folks would have you change them even earlier.
