That is the signal flasher.. you will find the connector for it behind the dash face and to the left of the radio.. the signal and 4 way flashers are beside each other.

Both of the rear turn signals stopped working at the same time, but everything else seems to work. Do you know what can cause this to happen? I changed one of the bulbs and it didn't work.

There is a turn signal flasher under dash...most have a flasher for the emergency signals and one for the turn signals...some have one flasher....but check fuses first...normally it is fuse burnt...if you can locate the flasher normally they will get abnormally warm when bad......it should look like a round or square silver shiney or black cube.........if these are good with ign.on hold turn signal lever down firmly ...if it works replace turn signal unit.....if none of this works you have to troubleshoot wiring...
...normally yellow wire is left turn and green wire is right turn...black or white is ground red is stop light....but normally it is a blown fuse or flasher.

WHERE IS THE FUSE FOR THE TURN SIGNALS IN A 2004 cHEV MALIBU. sIGNALS FLASH RAPIDLY AT FRONT NOTHING IN REAR

Its not your fuse If the fuse were the problem then none of the flashers would work There is a flasher control unit in the fuse box its large and round probably plastic and has a color although it could be metal but thats probably not it eighter I would check the bulbs a bab connection or bulb that has a burned out filliment or a bad ground to one of the sockets due to rust is the most likly cause of your problem see if the brakes lights work correctly first that can eliminate the brake light switch from the equaition

Turn signal and hazzards fail to work, brake lights, tail lights work, but when you apply the turn signal or hazzards lights go out

It sounds like your turn signal fuse might have gone out. It's not just a simple fuse to pull in the 96 Blazer. You actually have to take the lower half of the dash apart to get to it. It takes about 15 minutes in all to do. It's a round fuse right below your stereo almost. Here are a couple of links that I hope might help you!

http://wiki.answers.com/Q/Where_is_the_turn_signal_relay_on_the_1996_Chevrolet_Blazer_S-10

The simplest way put, go to your local auto parts store and tell them you need a turn signal RELAY. It's the round relay. Then once you have that, go home and take apart your whole dash (you'll know what to look for since you already bought it) and replace it. It all should would after that! Best of luck to you!

My 2003 chevy impala turn signals and hazard lights stopped working and my fuses are ok?

You might need a relay or clicker. Your owners manual should give you a lot of info. They are usually in the fuse panel. Last time I saw they were large, round, and silver. Also check your bulbs but usually if a bulb goes, it will just flash very fast.

I need to know what a round light with an

Yellow? This would usually be the low tire signal & what you are seeing is supposed to be the representation of a Tire & a Tire Pressure Gauge.

Check all 4 tires to be sure they match, same tire pressure in each, any tire worn excessively more than the rest in a set of tires can trigger this signal. Once corrected, it goes away on a short ride.

Looking for a wiring diagram for a 2006 Ford Expedition

7way- black is 12volt (power), brown, running lights, yellow is left turn signal and stop light, green is right turn signal and stop light, white is ground, blue is brakes, and orange is aux power (can be back up lights, if trailer equipped w/ them). 6way is the same, minus orange wire. I have run into some variations to the above color codes (brown, yellow and green only-sometimes these 3 are different than stated, but only mixed as that group, as to what they control- example would be green is running lights, brown and yellow are turn signal and stop lights, the others should be as stated), if you have any trouble with things not working properly, it may be due to these variations, although the above are pretty standard. If you have an ohm meter you can check as you go (check for power at black wire- should be constant 12v, turn on turn signal and check for power-it will fluctuate from approx. 12 volts to 0 volts as the signal power pulses in the wire) hit the brakes, blue wire should show power, etc. Let me know if you need more help as you go.

Trailer Lighting Kit

Do u have a 4,5,6,or 7 way (wire) system? If it's 4 way it allows basic hookup for 3 lighting functions:
GREEN is right turn signal and stop light, YELLOW is left turn signal and stop light, BROWN is license, and side marker lights, WHITE is ground.

5way is same as above, but adds a BLUE wire for brake signal or aux. power. Its used on pop up campers, utility and boat trailers.

6way (rectangle plug) green=right turn signal, yellow=left turn signal, brown=taillight, white=ground, red and blue can be used for brake control or auxilary. Used on small motorcycle trailers, snowmobile trailers, utility trailers.

6way Round Plug, same as above, but blue is electric brakes, and black (sometimes red,) 12v; note:sometimes red/black need to be reversed w/ blue to suit the trailer.

7way adds an additional pin at plug in for 12volt power or back up lights. Whoa! hope that answers your question w/out confusing u. Let me know if u need more info.
