I put 5.9 cummins in my 1995 ram 2500 need to know how to alter a manual harness to fit an auto tranny any ideas

Find yourself a copy of both wiring diagrams and overlay one on the other in effect. Working out whats missing. Is it that difficult to get the right harness? Given the age I'd have thought there were junk yard offerings?

What are the 2 metal lines for, one top, one bottom, pass side for on the radiator of 1995 buick riviera

Transmission cooler lines

You should see the trans fluid when you
had them off

Doubt you can buy those cooling lines from a dealer
anymore

You can check with parts dept at dealer
Check with a salvage yard
Repair ,weld, fabricate ,what ever to fix your self, that is what
I would do

Why would transmission fluid be in my 1995 pontiac bonneville radiator

There should be a cooler inside the radiator for your transmission. On one side of your radiator you should be able to see 2 steel lines going into it. Sometimes the lines inside the radiator rust out and will leak. You will have to replace the rad in order to stop it. You could reroute the lines to an external aftermarket cooler but chances are that you will have to replace the rad in the near future anyway. Hope this helps.

Removing the transmission cooling line fron

These lines just run straight through the radiator to provide cooling. You can bypass the radiator by adding a transmission fluid cooler, during the cold weather in a pinch, a replacement transmission hose with 2 clamps can be connected between the 2 transmission lines to correct leakage, but in warm weather, the fluid suffers if it doesn't get the benefit of a cooler.

Aftermarket coolers are relatively inexpensive, especially compared to the long term benefit of keeping the fluid degrees cooler, prolonging the life of the trans.

good luck
