Question about 2002 Dodge Stratus
The distributor is not the crank sensor. just because you have a code does not mean its a bad sensor. There are other reasons the code can set. The other half of the crank sensor is a magnet inside to cover. You need to inspect the magnet to be sure its clean and did not crack and fall down. The crank sensor can be checked for a signal to verify its not working. Go to youtube or do a search on how to test it. Just throwing parts on a car without verifying its bad can get expensive if you choose to skip the diagnostics.
