Question about 1999 Nissan Sentra

1999 nissan sentra poor rpm power

I own a 1999 Nissan Sentra that has been a great car. recently it has been loosing power at higher rpm, and sometimes its a little jumpy as its just starting to move. It is a manual trans, but I'm not that bad of a driver to be the clutch. just wondering what it could be O2 sensor or fuel filter?

It could be that you have picked up a batch of dirty fuel that has clogged the gauze input filter that is part of the fuel pump inside the fuel tank.

I have nissan sentra 99 motor 2.0 timing belt

Assuming that is a motor out of a 1999 Nissan Sentra this link should be a link to a Timing Belt Diagram. There is insufficient space to explain everything involved in removing the old one and all the parts that have to be pulled, if you need those directions I highly recommend you get the Haynes Repair Manual on a 1999 Nissan Sentra for those instructions.
