Car thief style - insert a rod from the outside, hook the command lever and pull on it.

While trying to get out of the drivers door it won't open from inside, mazda 3 2010. all other doors work.

You need to get the door open and then remove the inside door lining. From there you can look at the mechanism and see what is jamming it. They are usually very simple with just a couple of rigid wires operating the mechanism. Often one of the rigid wires has jammed, got bent, fallen off, or needs some grease.

2004 mazda 6 estate front driver side will not open with the key or fob

the 1st answer makes sense however since the fob isn't and the key isn't may possibly have a frozen (rusted) latch which may be freed up with some sort of penetrant oil, or just maybe the latch mechanism itself (lock actuator \) it bad ...the trim panel on the door will need to be rmoved to daignose

Mazda 3 2010 driver's door locked and won't open

This is what fixed the my car's driver's door that was stuck closed and locked: the plastic piece that function as the manual lock/unlock on the inside of the door (it's black but when the door's unlocked it has a red side facing out) had essentially popped out and everything was jammed. So you push the button back in while you flip the inside handle open. But maybe I was lucky, in that it was only the button that was jammed.

The driver's door won't open. It appears that the handle latch might be broken. Does anyone have a solution to this problem. All the other doors and trunk work from remote.

If the drivers door on your 2004 Mazda 6 does not open from the inside or the outside then chances are the lock/latch assembly is jammed or you might need to replace it. In order to get the door open the inside door trim will most likely need to be at least partially removed to access the inner workings of the door. This is no easy task as the panel is designed to be removed with the door open. If care and patience are used this can generally be done without major damage to the inside door trim panel.

DRIVERS SIDE DOOR WON'T OPEN NEED TO KNOW HOW TO GET DOOR PANEL OFF

I have a 2004 Mazda 6 & this happened to me.
I have found the easiest way possible to get the door open without having to remove the interior trim.
1, wind down drivers window.
2, remove carefully the exterior window seal trim
3, about 6" down is the door handle lever, use a screwdriver to unclip the door handle & slide out the rod
4, use a wire coat hanger with a loop on the end or a thin piece of flat steel with a hole in the end
5, hook the wire into the rod & activate the door lock with the key & push the wire down & pull it all the way up & this should trick the lock. IT worked for me.
Was easy from there on & all that needed replacing was the spring inside the lock. A common problem I believe.
Either modify the spring or replace it.
Best of Luck

Drivers side door won't open

the problem is in the door lock actuator that is why is is so much to fix because you have to replace the asm. and it is very time consuming to get the door panel of the closed door with out damaging a hole lot of other parts. it is best to let them do it.
