If you look under the vehicle on the drivers side there is a black shield, the fuel filter seats above it

Were is the fule filtter on 1995 toyota 4runner

Fuel filters for 1995 Toyota 4Runner would be under the vehicle driver's side halfway between front and rear. It is an inline design and would look like the image below. The two (2) ends have threaded openings that connect to the fuel line from the tank and the other going towards the engine.
Hope this be of initial help/idea. Pls post back how things turned up or should you need additional information.

O2 Sensor Problem?

yes an o2 sensor can cause those symptoms so can a minor vacuum leak --bad ignition wire -clogging fuel filter --sticking egr valve etc.

The fuel gage could be shorted out.
you may need an instrument panel.

The most common cause is the fuel sender unit is not giving a signal to the fuel gage.

1995 4runner cutting out as if not getting enough gas when you are going over 50 not doing all time intermittent

Same thing happened to me, I had it computer analyzed and it turned out to be bad injector # 3, cost about $300 replaced.

look under the driver side under the truck. it should be about mid way inbetween. it looks like a canister with one line running to the engine and one line running to the gas tank
