Spray some brake cleaner or quick start when it doesnt start to verify its a not a fuel pump issue. If it still does not start try rotating the fuel pump relay and the ASD relay under the hood. Rotate to the horn and ABS positions. The ASD relay is the main power for the fuel pump and the ignition system.

If it does start with a spray then your issue is the fuel pump and verifying pressure would be your next step.

Also the crank sensor is only half the part. On rotation it gets its signal from a magnet. That magnet can break and ffall down within the cover. Also it can build up crud and effect the signal. Remove the crank sensor and carefully spin the engine by hand and using something to look into the hole inspect the magnet carefully.

I suggest check or change this:
- Check or replace injectors, plugs (NGK Iridium), fuel pump, IAC valve, fuel filter, PCV valve, and air filter (K&N).
- Clean the intake and lubed the linkage.
- Ran several cans of Sea Foam through the system.
- Scan for no fault codes there.
- Fuel Pressure stable
- Checked PCV emission hose for cracks or, breaks.

Also, I'd say you have a problem with either a vacuum leak, the EGR valve, the DPFE sensor, or the TPS; in that order.
Tell us news.

DPFE sensor is the Delta (Differential) Pressure Feedback EGR
(Exhaust Gas Recirculation) it monitors the pressure on the EGR valve to
    make sure it is working.

Sensors may not help you. Define "wont start". cranks? wont crank? cranks but wont run? Check engine light on with key on?

The engine stops running after 10 minutes of driving

could be a bad crank sensor, a bad crank sensor will let car run for a while then shut down and will not start for 10 to 15 min. and it will repeat this cycle if not fixed.the crankshaft position sensor provides the ignition module and pcm with a crankshaft position signal. the module uses this signal to determine spark for each cylinder. the pcm uses this signal for proper timing of engine.

Vehicle Stalls

you should have engine light on and engine codes
if its the cam or crank sensors, shouldn't be the starter i would start with the ingition switch.

Vehicle stalls sometimes

could be either the cam sensor or crank sensor , but I would check the crank sensor first , this sensor will not cause a check engine light either

My 1994 dodge intrepid only starts when it is above 40 degrees

I had a very similar problem as most did on this stalling out, no start, and no spark on my 1994 Dodge Intrepid 3.3L V6. I was told to watch my Tachometer in the car to see if it moved at all while cranking the engine over. It did not move. So that told me the crankshaft sensor was not picking up any signal what so ever. I changed it. The engine immediately started. So I left the engine run for approx. 25 minutes then the engine died. I had again lost spark but had minor RPM on the tachometer during engine crank. I dug thru all the wiring harnesses and found that when I moved the connector to the Coil pack/Module the engine would start. I got the problem narrowed down to the connector but have not replaced it yet. I put a little slack in the harness the wires run in so the harness is not pulling on the connector. This has seemed to solve the problem for me. At least for now. richmond980@yahoo.com
