Start with the simple things first. Check air filter, change fuel filter, If that doesn't help change spark plugs, check fuel pump pressure.

It could be the filter is not leaking gas, but still is leaking enough so that air is being sucked in. Test all fittings.

A cute girl wants me to check her A/C, but I don't know what regrigerant to bring. Did these cars come stock with R-134a?

1994 likely came stock w/ r-12.

However, if the car has had any significant work on a/c in the last 10-12 years (which most have) it should have been switched over to r-134a.

Radiator fan not cuting in

if you make the contacts on the plug that connects to the thermo switch, does the fan work (both speeds?)?

if not, then it could be the fan control module or a fuse on there.

Side windows

It may seem easier to tint them out of the suv, but it is very easy to damage them putting them back in. pre-cut the tint material on the outside of the glass. Make sure you have the tint on the correct side when pre-cuting. leave a 1/32 gap around the tint edge when pre-cuting. That will keep the tint from binding up around the edges. Also the soapy water has a way to escape. Make sure the glass is as clean as possible.
