Intermittently, my car won't attempt to even turnover

most likely its a starter motor showing its first signs of going bad , as it's Russian roulette whether the motor stops on the bad spot in starter motor or not

eventually it will cease to work at all but could go for months that way

especially if its the original starter from 2003 (think how many times its started the car since then)

Where is my starter located on my 2003 Toyota Camry xLE 6 cylinder...When you turn the key it was just a lot of clicking..

That behavior is typical of a dying battery. It has enough grunt to pull down the starter solenoid, but not enough to turn the engine. Such batteries cannot hold a good charge, so are always nearly flat.

I have a 2003 camry V6 XLE. Battery is good when turning on the ignition. But when I try to start it I just hear this "Whinnie" sound. just spinning sound every time try to start it.

You have a bad starter drive. It's not spinning up fast enough to engage flywheel. Two options, both require starter removal. #1) replace starter w/rebuilt from any good parts store - it will come w/new starter drive. #2) replace starter drive, but means disassembly of starter and is more time consuming.

Where is the starter on a 2003 toyota camry

Your starter is located on the side of your engine towards the bottom. It looks something like this with a few wires running to the end of it. You will not be able to see the gear on the end because it will be attached to the rear of the engine at the flywheel.
