Question about 2000 Ford Windstar
I have a 2002 Ford Windstar. I took it in to have the latest recall work done on it and with in a week I noticed the o/d light started flashing. The cruise control doesn't work. The back power windows don't work and every time I go to have it checked the fuse for the computer is blown so I have to replace it. I had the code pulled off of it but, when I had it checked by a transmission guy he said it was fine and there were no problems. I have a feeling that all of these things tie in together somehow but either way I need to know what is wrong with my poor van. BTW it runs fine as long as you turn the o/d off while driving it. The only time it runs funny is if you don't turn o/d off it has problems shifting in and out of o/d. Please help me I don't know what to do!!!!!
Real bummer you did not say what recall work they did , if it was all happening with in a few days of the recall work id be right back up there insisting it was something they did especialy if what they did was dealing with the trany the gear shift etc.cant give you any specific advise without knowing what they did
