Question about Toyota Camry
The starter disable for most models interrupts the power to the solenoid by means of a relay. When you turn the key, the power never gets there.
This relay needs to be taken out of the equation.
Step 1. Finding it.
The point of interrupt is usually drivers side, under the dash, where the wiring harness from the steering column emerges. The alarm is often zip tied to the column so it can detect vibrations easier.
One of the wires will have been been diverted to the alarm.
Jump this wire and the starter disable will be disabled. The rest of the alarm functions will remain unaffected.
