Question about 2004 Dodge Stratus
First check all of your fuses to make sure that they are good and also check the power window relay or power window circuit breaker. If they are all good the most likely cause will be the master window switch that is located on the drivers front door. If you had a schematics you could check to see if you are getting power feed into the master window switch. You should also check for proper ground connections. Hope this helps.

I would guess that this is a fuse related issue. Check in the fuse box (usually under the hood or in the driver foot well area. They usually have a diagram of some sort indicating which fuse does what, but if not there will be one in the owners manual. Find the one for the power windows and the odds are it will be burnt. Sometimes they even put a spare fuse in the box so you might not even have to go to the store! Good luck!

The a/c heater blower motor resistor card need to be replaced. You can buy the blower resistor card from Auto Zone much less then the dealer and they will have the step by step instructions for you to get the job done with common tools. I think the dealer will cost around $200.00 for parts and labor and should take under 45 min to do. Good luck and hope this helps, if you need the instructions, keep me posted, be glad to help.

No its not the idle control valve. In 2004 dodge had a spark plug and wire problem. They did make a new one but did not classify it as a recall so just go to your dodge dealer and ask for the update
