Drive the car and recheck, the codes are blinked like this, 1st number blinks out, then short pause, 2nd number blinks out, that is the full 2 number fault code, the way you have it written down doesn't make sense.

Trouble Codes for Eagle with Code Retrieval for the ODB1 System
Diagnostic trouble codes for car manufactured by Eagle are available by locating the diagnostic connector under the glove box. If you have the summit model the connector will be in the fuse box. These two digit trouble code are necessary to define the code meaning. Once the definition has been identified the system or sensor malfunction can be repair. Once the repairs have been made disconnect the negative side of the battery for thirty seconds and reconnect. The computer will need to cycle (usually within twenty five miles) before the check engine light is illuminated if a problem still exists. To gather trouble codes for car made between 1988 and 1996 ground a test light and insert the probe end into the number 1 terminal. Turn the key to the "on" position. With the key on observe the light or meter. Long blinks or meter sweeps are the "tenth" position of the code number and the short blink or sweeps are the "ones" position of the code number. For example, the light or meter blinks or sweeps long two times, and then blinks or sweeps short four times. The code number is twenty four, turn the key off then on again to restart the test.

check that you have reconnected all the vacuum hoses correctly. Check the operation of the PCV valve ( connected right way round). Check that all the wires have been reconnected tightly.

Car raddles when I put it in drive

If it feels like the whole car (dash & steering wheel area) is shaking at idle in drive then it is often a bad engine mount causing this vibration throughout the car. An actual isolated rattling noise from under the car could be the catyalitic converter if it sounds like its in the exhaust system.

I just changed a Timing Belt on my 95 Eagle Talon Esi 2.0 DOHC Non-Turbo, I know the timing is correct, as I started the engine before i put everything else back together. Since I got everything put back...

Sounds like your Hydraulic Timing Belt Tensioner, or could be the Idle Pullys. There's a kit available that includes all needed parts for around $150.00 depending on your location.

I have a 95 eagle talon esi 2.0 i have replaced

Sounds like you have a timing or elctrical issues, try checking your voltage from your battery and alterantor, if it checks out fine move on to your timing. The timing is tricky but very critical with these cars

Where is the automatic transmission fluid reservoir for a 1995 eagle talon esi. and what type of fluid is it

I own a 95 talon esi aut trans. It's on the driver's side, in the front, next to (about a foot inside) of the wheel. just unbolt the about 10 bolts and keep it level binging it down, youll be able to get to the filter then too. You'd want to check a manual about the tpe and quantity of ATF ( like a Haynes, available @ auto parts stores for about $15, 20.) I just used Amsoil full synthetic, it's compatable with all AT systems.

Engine Light does't come car will not start

did you get the codes by doing the "key dance"(on,off,on,off,on) ?

if so, it almost always flashes a 12 and 55. here is what they mean.

12 - direct power input to the PCM has been disconnected within the last 50 key-on cycles

55 - End of error messages

1995 eagle summit "Check engine light"

I know on the Talon model, if you cycle the ignition switch ON OFF ON OFF ON within 5 seconds, then the power loss/check engine light will flash out the ALDL trouble codes with a 4 second pause in between each trouble code as follows:-

lets say for instance trouble codes 23 and 45 were stored. They would be displayed like this:-

lamp illuminates for 2 to 3 seconds as a bulb check then goes out

lamp then flashes 2 times, pauses, then flashes 3 times

4 second pause

lamp flashes 4 times, pauses, then flashes 5 times.

Worth a try?
