It sounds like the belts are not tight enough try tightening them more and get a can of belt dressing to spray on belts?

I have changed all belt driven systems on the front of my 3800 park avenue and it still sqeals

squeals don't necessarily mean the belts it can be the power steering pump or the belt adjusters, even the water pump and so on adjuster for the belt if the spring adjuster is weak will not put the correct tension on the belt and it will slip, bearings in alternator can squeal when warm or cold depending on the bearing fault after time the rumble and over heat the alternator in turn lose power to the battery, power steering pump this can squeal if the bearing in the pump is dry, or there is a leak as this lets moisture into the pump. hope this helps would first check the belt adjuster and also clean the parts the belt goes round with a wire brush, and repainting them helps them stop rusting up, cheap spray paint and leave to dry before fitting belt, or use brush paint will take longer to dry but will last longer.

Sounds like your water pump has seized or the belt is slipping so bad that its over heating and forcing water out of the radiator

I have m reg ford escort water is dripping under the car beside the water pump i think when i top up the reservoir. Do you have any suggestions please the temp stays normal and water pump not sqealing?

If you can see this water dripping from the lower crankshaft pulley, and you are filling water, then this water pump probably leaks from the weep hole, the weep hole is designed in all water pumps to tell you that the water seal has failed. The water pump is timing belt driven, to change it will require removal and installation of the timing belt, for a procedure of this, go to my profile page and look at my tips and tricks for timing belt replacement 1.9L. While the timing belt is removed, the water pump has two hose connections and four blots that hold it in place, the four bolts are the easy part, the two hose connections can be difficult. Make sure to use a gasket sealer when installing a new pump. Hope this helps, let me know.

Have a belt sqealing and antifreeze in the engine

Hi:
There is a good chance your waterpump bearings failed, and your belt was getting dragged over the drive pulley. Since your engine got hot, the impeller that moves coolant could have broken, so you should investigate that. The coolant could have leaked out the weap hole on the front of the water pump.

I think you should start by putting a new belt on. This may solve the problem.
