The seat moves forward and backward via a motor. When you press the switch the motor activates and functions as you press the switch. You checked the switch and its working on passenger side so switch is fine, but motor indicates to be faulty.Either the motor is stuck r its faulty. It has to be checked and confirmed.
-----------
Also the other possibility can be blown fuse.
blown BJB (Battery Junction Box) fuse 421 (20A).
------------
If fuse is checked good and switch is good then its motor issue or the switch to motor connection issue.Check the wire going from switch to motor. It will be burnt or got loose.-------
