The firing order is as follows;
You can test the coil for OHMs resistance, but if you have an intermittent misfire, which I believe is what you are experiencing, the resistance test will not provide a true accurate reading. Your better off replacing the coil pack, but check the connectors first and regap or replace the plugs also.
