If this only happens when it rains then call the shop up to have them reseal it. If it happens when you run the AC then the drain vent is clogged and may not have anything to do with his work. Its simple to blow out the vent from under the car with compressd air. Have a shop do this on your next oil service. It will be alot cheaper rather than taking it in for just this procedure,

Replace blower motor on buick lesabre 2004

It is located under the right side off the dash. Remove the plastic kick panel and you will see it. The screws to remove the panel are just under the glove box. Once the panel is removed you will see the motor housing it has an electric plug with three wires.

1999 Buick LeSabre - A/C blows only on windshield

Inside the heater box (under the dashboard) there are actuators that are similar to the ones that open your power door locks, they do go bad especially if any water leaks in from a bad heater core or windshield leak.(down the defrost vent grate). Also old age, my truck is a 2000 and I have replaced a couple of actuators.

Blower motor won't run on 2005 buick lesabre

There are two fuses on that circuit I believe. There is one labeled HVAC CTRL and HVAC HI, both should be located in the fuse block inside the car. Check both of those and make sure they are good.

As well, there is also a blower motor resistor that is located in the blower motor housing. Its very common for these to go bad and can cause issues with the motor not operating as well.
